Shiraz Services Rug Appraisal

We offer formal written appraisal of rugs to meet the needs of our private clients, as well as estate executors and fiduciary advisors. A formal written appraisal requires inspection of the rug. We photograph and categorize each rug that is brought in for appraisal. We document the materials, condition, construction, and age. We then base the valuation on the current U.S. retail market. These written appraisals meet many needs including but not limit to: asset management, probate and succession, informed estate and tax planning, insurance purposes, inquires about property acquisition, collateral loan agreements, gift tax documentation, and charitable contributions.
